Needed for the shop
Some cookies are needed to make the shop work: to keep you logged in, to remember your basket and language, and to keep the shop secure. We don't ask permission for these.
Analytics
To improve the shop
We keep track of how many people visit the shop, which pages they view and roughly where they come from (country and city), without knowing who you are. The location is looked up from your IP address during the visit; the address itself is not stored. If you accept cookies, we also see how you click through the shop, for example where people stop during checkout. That helps us improve the shop. This information stays with us and is never shared.

Personal data
Orders and accounts
Account and order details are stored on the server so customers can view orders and admins can process them. Customer details are not stored in browser analytics events.
Other parties
Who else receives data
We never sell your data and do not use advertising or tracking services. Only these parties receive what they need to do their job:
- Mollie (payments): your name, e-mail address and the amount, to process your payment.
- PostNL (shipping): your name and address, only for orders that are shipped.
- Our e-mail provider: your e-mail address and the content of e-mails about your order or account.
- Instagram (Meta): when the homepage shows our Instagram posts, the images are loaded from Instagram's servers, which see your IP address.
How long
How long we keep data
- Orders and invoices: 7 years, because Dutch tax law requires this.
- Your account: until you delete it (Account → Account settings) or ask us to. Your orders are then kept for the 7 years above, no longer linked to you.
- Back-in-stock requests: until the e-mail has been sent.
- Statistics: we only keep totals per day, for about 2 years. Details of visits are cleaned up automatically.
- Backups: removed automatically after a limited period (by default 14 days).
Your rights
What you can ask us
You can ask us which personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, stop using it or send it to you. If you have an account, you can download your data or delete your account yourself under Account → Account settings. For anything else, e-mail us and we will answer within a month.
